Tori Spelling: Dean McDermott "completely broke my heart"

Tori Spelling opens up about her marriage troubles in the latest issue of Us Weekly, saying that her husband, Dean McDermott, broke her heart.

Last December, the same magazine broke a story that McDermott, 47, had cheated on Spelling, 40, with a 28-year-old woman named Emily Goodhand.

Now Spelling is talking about the infidelity scandal, telling Us, "He cheated on me. One of my worst fears came true. On some level I never thought it would really happen."

She added, "He was my soulmate, but he completely broke my heart. It makes you not trust anything that's happened in your relationship."

Shortly after the cheating story broke, McDermott entered rehab for "health and personal issues."

The former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star and McDermott have four kids together: Liam, 7, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2, and Finn, 20 months.

Their marital issues will play out in the upcoming "True Tori" reality series, which debuts April 22 on Lifetime.

Spelling and McDermott, who have been married for seven years, have been going to therapy and are trying to work things out for the sake of their children. "I don't know if my marriage can be saved," Spelling said.

The new issue of Us Weekly hits newsstands Friday.
