Tiffany Helms missing after taking emergency phone call at work

GADSDEN, Ala. -- Family and authorities are searching for a northern Alabama woman who has been missing nearly two weeks, reports CBS affiliate WIAT.

Tiffany Helms, 29, was last seen at her job in Gadsden on Feb. 9, when she received an emergency phone call. She left, and no one has seen or heard from her since.

Gadsden is about 60 miles northeast of Birmingham.  

Gadsden Police say Helms is five feet, three inches tall and 240 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. She had numerous tattoos.
