"The Mindy Project" is headed to Hulu
It's official: "The Mindy Project" will be back.
The sitcom didn't get a renewal from Fox last week, but it is getting picked up by the streaming service, Hulu.
Fox has scrapped the sitcom starring Mindy Kaling after three seasons. The series, which also stars Chris Messina, has a dedicated fan base -- albeit a smaller one as it's been plagued by sluggish ratings.
Series star and creator Mindy Kaling confirmed the Hulu news Friday:
Get ready to see these beauties real soon. #TheMindyProject @hulu pic.twitter.com/vS3VHowfd0

Cast member Ike Barinholtz also tweeted the news:
Thanks @hulu for new #TheMindyProject episodes! Now that we're streaming I promise at some point this season you will see Morgan's wang!
