"The Bachelorette" couple Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray call it quits

Another "Bachelorette" couple bites the dust -- Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray have called off their engagement.

"After several months of being engaged and working on our relationship, we have decided that it's best for both of us to go our separate ways," the pair said in a joint statement. "We are very sad that it has come to this point, but this is what's best for both of us individually. We will continue to be good friends and have nothing but great things to say about each other and wish each other the best."

Dorfman, an assistant district attorney from Atlanta, met the former professional baseball player when she was looking for love on the 10th season of "The Bachelorette." She chose Murray on the show's season finale last year, and he proposed with a Neil Lane engagement ring.

The breakup announcement comes just days after the two walked the red carpet at the premiere event for the new season of "The Bachelor," featuring one of Dorfman's other former suitors, farmer Chris Soules.
