Taylor Swift sings for young cancer patient

She's crashed a bridal shower and left inspiring messages about love on Instagram pages, but Taylor Swift's latest interaction with a fan might be her sweetest one yet.

The singer surprised a young cancer patient over the weekend at a Boston hospital and chatted with him before giving a little impromptu performance.

She performed her hit "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" for 6-year-old Jordan Lee Nickerson, who was born with Williams Syndrome, underwent open heart surgery at 18 months old and is now battling leukemia, according to the Jordan's Brave Page on Facebook.

"I know you always sing songs for people," he told Swift during their chat.

"I do! I love singing songs for people, but I want to sing a song for you more than all the other people," the 24-year-old replied.
