"Survivor: San Juan del Sur -- Blood vs. Water" down to final five

There are just five castaways left on "Survivor: San Juan del Sur -- Blood vs. Water," and one of them is just hours away from being crowned the winner.

The finale for this season of "Survivor" kicks off Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET with a two-hour episode, followed immediately after by a live, one-hour reunion show hosted by Jeff Probst.

It's down to Natalie, Missy, Baylor, Jaclyn and Keith -- but only one of them can be named "Sole Survivor" and win the million-dollar prize. Here are a few things to keep in mind as the competitors' final moves fall into place:

First, there's just one pair of loved ones still left in the game -- mother-daughter duo Missy and Baylor. But, Missy also has an ankle injury that could affect her ability to compete in challenges and earn immunity.

Speaking of immunity, there's one hidden immunity idol still left in play, and it belongs to Natalie.

Jaclyn also now finds herself in the game solo, after the surprise ousting of her boyfriend, Jon, last week.

A preview of the finale teases that there's "one final blindside" left in store -- but who'll be on the receiving end of it?

We'll have to wait and find out later tonight. In the meantime, click through the gallery above to revisit the eliminated contestants and watch a sneak peek of the episode below:
