"Sons of Anarchy" could be getting a spinoff

"Son of Anarchy" could be getting a spinoff.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kurt Sutter, the creator of the FX series, is working on a possible new biker drama series. This one, though, would follow the Mayans Motorcycle Club, featured in the original show.

There are no further details on the spinoff or who would star in it, but this is good news for "Sons of Anarchy" fans missing the hit show, which ran from 2008 to 2014. Apparently it's in the very early stages of development.

The original series starred Charlie Hunnam, Katey Sagal, Mark Boone Junior and Tommy Flanagan.
