Second victim, suspect ID'd in Atlanta attorney's shooting

ATLANTA - Police believe they have found the gun used by the estranged husband of a Fulton County prosecutor to kill himself, after shooting his wife three times and another man once.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports police identified 39-year-old Levon Hailey, of Lithonia, Ga., as the man who was in the car with Assistant District Attorney April McConnell at the time of Friday's shooting. Police are calling the double shooting a domestic incident.

Police found the body of Tranard McConnell, the prosecutor's husband, on Friday at a cemetery close to the site of the initial shooting, dead of a self-inflicted gunshot to the head. April McConnell had filed for divorce the previous Monday.

CBS affiliate WGCL reported Saturday that both surviving victims were hospitalized at Grady Memorial Hospital. April McConnell was in critical condition.
