CBS News documentary in Spanish: "Rostros de Separación Familiar"

For many years, America's southern border has been the center of passionate debate and controversy. But in recent years, the nearly 2,000-mile stretch from California to the Gulf Coast has become the setting for a political firestorm.

In the spring of 2018, the Trump administration pursued controversial policies to reduce border crossings, including the separation of children from their parents who were detained as they crossed the border.

In "The Faces of Family Separation," CBS News correspondent Manuel Bojorquez shows us the deeply personal stories of those trying to come to the United States.
