Rosie O'Donnell: "No mom is perfect"

Rosie O'Donnell's daughter found safe

Rosie O'Donnell admitted on Twitter that "no mom is perfect" after her 17-year-old daughter Chelsea was found in the home of a man who once served time for third-degree possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, third-degree possession of heroin, third-degree endangering the welfare of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.

When one fan tweeted, "But @Rosie IS A Perfect Mom. How can this be?" the TV personality responded, "No mom is perfect - we all do our best."

The star has been refreshingly open and honest about the details of her daughter's weeklong disappearance. Chelsea had been missing from Rosie's Nyack, New York, home since last Tuesday, and was found a week later on Tuesday evening.

Chelsea was found in Barnegat, New Jersey, at the home of Steven Sheerer.

Rosie retweeted a tweet from the Daily Mail stating that Chelsea was found with a 25-year-old convicted heroin dealer she met on Tinder. She also made her pinned tweet an article from Patch about Sheerer's drug convictions -- to make her point clear, she wrote in caps "STEVE SHEERER" at the end of the tweet.

Chelsea turns 18 next week. We hope the teen and her mom have a happy celebration after this week's drama.
