911 operator never expected to get this call on her first day

Anything can happen in your first day on the job, but in suburban Atlanta rookie 911 operator Crystal Morrow never expected the call she got.

Her aunt was calling for help because Morrow's father was in diabetic shock.

"My hands froze over the keyboard," said Morrow. "I heard her voice, and I saw her name pop up on the screen. I was like, 'Wait, this is my aunt.'"

"It's crazy that I got it on the very first day," Morrow said.

Her father was rushed to a hospital.
