Police: "Victoria's Secret" thieves in Fla. stole $11,000 in bras, panties, lingerie

SUNRISE, Fla. – Authorities are trying to track down two men who allegedly stole thousands of dollars in bras, panties and lingerie from a Victoria’s Secret store in Sunrise, Fla., reports CBS Miami.

Police released surveillance pictures Tuesday in an effort to identify the alleged panty pilferers.

The thefts allegedly took place on three days; Nov. 23, Dec. 13 and Dec. 20 of last year.

According to CBS Miami, the stolen merchandise is worth about $11,000.

In the surveillance video released by authorities, the suspects are seen pausing and texting while grabbing merchandise. Employees are seen walking by several times but don’t seem to notice.

Police are hoping the public will take notice of what the men are wearing in the video and that it will ultimately help them identify the not-so-secret thieves.

One man captured in the video is wearing a grey long sleeve sweatshirt with the word “OBEY” on the front. The other person is wearing a long sleeve black shirt with white stripes on the sleeve.

Police say the two men appear to be between 18 and 30-years-old, according to the station.

Anyone with information in the case is asked to call Crimestoppers at 954-493-TIPS.
