Teen in custody after report of gunman at Pa. community college

PHILADELPHIA -- Police said a person of interest was in custody Tuesday morning after officers swarmed Philadelphia Community College following a report of a man with a gun on campus.

CBS Philadelphia reports that police, including a SWAT team, responded around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. After a two hour search, the 17-year-old suspect was taken into custody.

Authorities say it initially appears that the incident began as an argument between the suspect and a student at the school. Police say during the dispute, the teen pulled a gun, threatened the student and then walked away without firing a shot.

Officers said he threatened a student with a gun. No injuries have been reported.
