Police: Former teacher let students smoke marijuana in class

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. - A former teacher is accused of allowing students to smoke marijuana in a classroom, reports CBS affiliate WTVR.

Domonic Anthony Leuzzi, 23, of Glen Allen, Virginia, has been charged with three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Henrico police said there investigation began on March 4, after they received information about the alleged classroom smoking at the Academy at Virginia Randolph, an alternative school in Henrico.

Leuzzi is no longer employed with the school system, according to Henrico County Schools spokesperson Andy Jenks.
