Plane held at Vegas airport after Ebola scare
LAS VEGAS -- Officials who quarantined a plane that landed at a Las Vegas airport say a sick passenger on board doesn't meet the criteria for Ebola.
Christine Crews of the Clark County Department of Aviation says health officials responded to McCarran International Airport Friday morning after reports that a passenger who had recently traveled to Africa vomited on board.
Crews says Delta Flight 495 from John F. Kennedy Airport was quarantined at the gate at about 11 a.m., and officials from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Southern Nevada Health District responded.
Crews says emergency personnel conducted a thorough assessment and determined the person didn't meet the criteria for the disease.
Margaret Fontaine told CBS News that her son was on the plane. He told her that a mother and her son were sitting behind him and a hazardous material crew came in and escorted them out.

Other passengers posted Twitter updates.
Pilot said screening for the 2 patients was "encouraging" and it doesn't seem like it's an ebola case. CDC doesn't know what to do with us.

CDC THINKS the passengers don't have Ebola. Yet the entire plane is still being quarantined. So ridiculous you couldn't even make this up.
