Philly bus evacuated after snake found on board
PHILADELPHIA -- A snake caused quite the stir on a Philadelphia bus on Sunday.
CBS Philly reports a passenger boarded a Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) bus on Sunday with a snake. The rider then lost control of the snake, an approximately 4-foot-long boa constrictor, according to officials.
The incident took place on the route 52 bus.

Passengers were evacuated from the bus near 52nd Street and Westminster Avenue.
Animal control was called out to the scene to retrieve the snake.
It is unclear if the snake has been returned to its owner.
