Lack of Mac 'n Cheese becomes recipe for rage
NEWBURG, Pa. -- Comfort food? It didn't turn out that way.
Pennsylvania State Police say a man who couldn't get macaroni-and-cheese at a rest stop became enraged, and wound up getting cited for disorderly conduct.
Forty-seven-year-old Kevin Nelson, of Amsterdam, N.Y., was cited after an incident Monday night, when police say he stopped at a rest area in Hopewell Township, in Cumberland County, Pa., and walked up to the counter of a Roy Rogers.
Police say there, Nelson became "angry and agitated and began to curse" after employees told him they were out of mac 'n cheese. They say Nelson then went to get a coffee from another vendor, and then went back to the Roy Rogers to order some potatoes.
Told they were out of potatoes, too, Nelson allegedly lost it completely and started throwing condiments over the counter.
Wouldn't it be ironic if he got a job at a Roy Rogers?
