Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi welcomes a baby girl
Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is a mom for the second time.
The former "Jersey Shore" star and her fiance, Jionni LaValle, welcomed their second child on Friday, sharing the news on Twitter.
She wrote, "So happy to let you know we had our beautiful daughter this morning Giovanna Marie LaValle. 6.7 lbs, full head of black hair & perfect."
Polizzi announced the baby news in April in a lengthy blog post titled "The Truth About My Pregnancy."
"Jionni and I are so excited to confirm that we are expecting our second child! Now knowing that our test results are good and our baby is healthy, we can finally talk about it!" she wrote before revealing the baby's gender in a video announcement.
Polizzi, 26, and LaValle, 27, already have a 2-year-old son named Lorenzo Dominic. She recently posted this pic on Instagram with the caption "Photobombbbbbb":
