New reality show tricks women with Prince Harry look-alike

A new reality show is hoping to pull off a royal ruse on some unsuspecting contestants.

In May, Fox will premiere "I Wanna Marry 'Harry,'" in which 12 single American women vie for the affections of a man they think is Prince Harry, but (shocker!) is really just a regular, non-royal bloke.

According to Deadline, Matthew Hicks -- who, besides the red hair, looks little like the prince he's pretending to be -- spent weeks with the women at the palatial Englefield House in Berkshire, England, trying to convince them he's Harry.

"Will he be able to convince them he's regal? And if he does, will they fall for the crown, or fall in love with the real him?" asks Fox.

The premise is reminiscent of the network's 2003 reality series "Joe Millionaire," where women competed for the heart of a man they thought was rich.

"I Wanna Marry 'Harry'" premieres May 27 on Fox. No word on if the real Harry -- or his girlfriend, Cressida Bonas -- will be tuning in.
