Netflix renews "Daredevil" for season 2
Daredevil -- the hero and his Netflix series -- is coming back for more.
The gritty Marvel series has been renewed for a second season, the streaming service announced Tuesday.

"Daredevil" stars Charlie Cox as the titular Man Without Fear and Vincent D'Onofrio as the crime lord Wilson Fisk, also known as Kingpin.
But, one person apparently won't be returning -- showrunner Steven S. DeKnight is stepping away from the series, Entertainment Weekly reports, and will be replaced by writers Doug Petrie ("Buffy the Vampire Slayer") and Marco Ramirez ("Sons of Anarchy") for season 2.
"Daredevil" premiered its 13-episode first season earlier this month to critical acclaim, with many hailing its darker tone and cinematic style as a departure from Marvel's lighter TV and feature film offerings.
The show is one of four original projects that Marvel has committed to develop and air on Netflix. It's set to be followed by "Jessica Jones," ''Iron Fist" and "Luke Cage," and will conclude with a miniseries of "The Defenders."
