Sugar attack! NYC cafe unveils new donut drink

NEW YORK -- Move over cronut, there's a new sweet food hybrid taking over New York City.

The new "donutccino" by Gossip Coffee in Astoria, Queens, is a cold-brewed coffee-drink with chocolate sauce and whipped cream topped with a mini donut and sprinkles, CBS New York reported.

It's the creation of former "MasterChef" contestant "Scottish" Francis.

One barista told New York's 1010 WINS they've sold more than 100 since introducing it last week.

And if Instagram is any indication, these sweet treats are already a hot item.

While they may be too many calories for some customers, others saw it on social media and had to try it.

"It's good," one man told CBS New York.

"It tastes like morning dessert," another woman said.
