Mother murdered in Tenn. home with young children nearby
SHELBY COUNTY, Tenn. -- Deputies in southwest Tennessee say a 24-year-old mother was shot to death in her home, while her daughter and her boyfriend's child were in the house, reports CBS affiliate WREG.
Investigators in the metro Memphis area say Trenishia Bean's boyfriend called police to the home where she was killed Sunday morning. Bean's boyfriend was questioned but has not been named as a suspect.
Deputies driving four-wheelers searched empty, overgrown lots near Bean's home on Sunday morning.
They have not said if there are any suspects or leads in the case, WREG reports.
