​Missing 12-year-old Md. girl found safe, now back home

PERRY HALL, Md. -- A missing 12-year-old girl has been found safe and is now back home with her family, CBS Station WJZ in Baltimore reports.

Jasmine Baker, missing since Tuesday, was found alive, according to Baltimore County Police.

Authorities say Baker was located at 10:30 p.m. in Raleigh, N.C., by federal officers. FBI agents found her with a man, thanks to clues from her iPod and X-Box.

The sixth-grader appears unharmed. She was taken to a nearby hospital for examination.

Baker was last seen at her home at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday. She was supposed to walk to Perry Hall Middle School, less than a mile away.

Pictures of the 12-year-old were plastered on business windows across the Baltimore suburb of Perry Hall. The FBI had put her face up on billboards up and down the East Coast, hoping someone would recognize the missing child.

The Associated Press reports the North Carolina man is being questioned by federal agents.
