Minnie Driver addresses national anthem flub
Minnie Driver is taking some heat for flubbing a few words of the national anthem ahead of a St. Louis Cardinals game at Dodgers Stadium on Saturday.
The English actress' voice definitely sounded just fine, but she did mess up a couple of lines.
Minor offense perhaps?
Driver thinks so. She took to Twitter after the video went viral to clear things up:
Gosh,I sang 'hailed' instead of 'watched' during the Nat Anthem last night.What can I say? I am an imperfect human being. I think that's ok.
