Miley Cyrus' advice for Justin Bieber: Pay people to keep you out of trouble

Say what you will about Miley Cyrus, but there's no mugshot of her circulating the Internet.

So when the "Adore You" singer stopped by "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Thursday, she was asked to give advice to her fellow former child star Justin Bieber -- who's been in plenty of hot water lately -- on how to stay out of trouble.

"You've got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don't get in trouble and party at your house," Cyrus, 21, advised. "Buy a house, and add a club to it."

Asked if there was anything she regrets from her own teen years, she replied, "It's funny because today, I was looking at -- my fans put all these people's mug shots up, and they were like, 'I don't see a Miley mug shot yet!'"

"I get the most flack of anybody," she added. "I'm not doing anything illegal. I'm doing a lot of [expletive], but I'm not doing anything illegal. So that's all right. Everything I do is legal in California."
