Michael Phelps' baby cheers on dad at Olympic trials

No wonder Michael Phelps became the first U.S. male swimmer to make five Olympics -- he had his baby boy, Boomer, cheering him on.

Phelps' fiancee, model Nicole Johnson, brought their one-month-old son to the Olympic swim trials to see Phelps and posted a photo of the baby in an adorable onesie that said "Team Daddy" on it.

"#teamdaddy all day err day!! We LOVE you @m_phelps00 and we're cheering super loud for you!!" wrote Johnson.

The tot may just be a month old, but he already has an Instagram account: @boomerrphelps. We're assuming Boomer's fingers aren't quite deft enough to post a photo, but a photo shared on the account showed Johnson holding Boomer at the trials with the caption, "Mom and I are excited to go watch dad tonight!!"

Looks like Boomer already enjoys it at the pool -- perhaps fans can expect a comeback in 2032.
