Mass. man allegedly attacked snow plow driver with shovel

LAKEVILLE, Mass. - A Massachusetts man was arrested after allegedly attacking a snow plow driver with a shovel, reports CBS Boston.

Who says irony is dead?

Police arrested Douglas Haskell for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after he allegedly hit the plow driver in the head with a snow shovel on Saturday night in Lakeville, about 40 miles south of Boston.

The plow driver reportedly did not suffer any serious injuries.

It's  not clear what sparked the incident. Haskell is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday.

Last week in Union Township, Pa., a 64-year-old man was arrested for allegedly putting a gun to a snow plow driver's head after he'd pushed some snow into the man's yard.
