Man touts pot "garden" on YouTube, gets arrested

CLINTON, Conn. – A Connecticut man was arrested on Monday after posting a video to YouTube apparently featuring himself giving a tour of his marijuana “garden,” reports CBS Connecticut.

Clinton authorities arrested William Bradley, 46, after a six-month investigation. Police say they seized over two pounds of marijuana and other drugs Monday from a storage unit Bradley had been using.

The online video shows Bradley talking to the camera and stating that he grows marijuana for his terminal cancer. He says he requests donations so that he can afford to give away some of the pot to those that need it instead of just selling it.

Bradley was detained on $5,000 bail and charged with drug crimes. He is to be arraigned in state court on Tuesday.

Connecticut legalized medical marijuana in 2012.
