Man dressed as Fox News reporter attacked on Halloween

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. -- A man wearing a Fox News reporter costume on Halloween was assaulted after a man told him he "hates Fox News."

CBS San Francisco reports the suspect allegedly grabbed the victim's microphone and placed it down the front of his pants and proceeded to rub it on his crotch, according to Santa Cruz Police.

The suspect then attacked the victim with an aluminum tennis racquet before fleeing as officers approached.

The suspect later identified as 29-year old Santa Cruz resident Sean Kory was arrested shortly after the assault.
