Man arrested in Wisconsin double homicide

BERLIN, Wis. - A man previously questioned and held in a double homicide in Berlin, Wisc. has been arrested.

Berlin police say Nicholas Tuinstra, 33, was taken into custody Tuesday night and booked into the Green Lake County Jail on two possible charges of first-degree intentional homicide.

Melissa Tuinstra, 28, and her neighbor, Justin Daniels, 28, were found with multiple gunshot wounds Saturday night in Berlin, reports CBS affiliate WFRV. The slayings prompted an Amber Alert for Tuinstra's 8-year-old daughter.

She was found unharmed with relatives in Marquette County on Sunday.

WFRV reports Melissa and Nicholas Tuinstra were in the process of getting a divorce.
