Body of ex-"Bridalplasty" contestant Lisa Marie Naegle found in shallow grave

LENNOX, Calif. — Police have found the body of Lisa Marie Naegle, a slain former contestant of the reality television show “Bridalplasty,” reports CBS Los Angeles.

The 36-year-old woman’s body was found buried in a shallow grave in the backyard of suspect Jackie Jerome Rogers’ home. Rogers, 34, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of murder. Naegle, who was married, had been a contestant on the one-season E! network reality show in which women competed for a wedding and plastic surgery.

The victim was killed Saturday night after attending a party in Torrance, California. Security video shows the Naegle and Rogers leaving the party together and getting into his car, according to police.

Naegle’s family told local news site the Daily Breeze that they obtained photos showing Naegle leaving a beerhall with Rogers and video that showed her getting into his sport utility vehicle.

“We went and we looked at the film and she left with him,” her brother, Rafael Chavez, told the newspaper.

When the family asked Rogers about Naegle’s disappearance he allegedly told them he had left the party without her, CBS Los Angeles reports. The family called police and Rogers allegedly admitted to killed Naegle, saying that they had an affair.

Rogers is being held in lieu of $2 million bail.
