Lea Michele pays tribute to Cory Monteith on his birthday

Lea Michele took to Twitter on Monday to remember her late "Glee" co-star and boyfriend Cory Monteith on his birthday.

Monteith would have turned 33 on May 11, and to mark the occasion Michele shared a photo and sweet message with fans.

"I know you're serenading everyone right now.. We love you Cory! Happy Birthday.." she wrote.

Monteith died in July 2013 from a mix of heroin and alcohol. He was 31.

Last summer, Michele and her fellow "Glee" stars also paid tribute to Monteith on the anniversary of his death. "We will love you and miss you always," the actress said.

"Glee" wrapped its six-season run in March.
