Jamie Foxx's daughter named Miss Golden Globe 2016

Jamie Foxx's daughter knows what's she's doing on Jan. 10, 2016. She'll be decked out for the Golden Globe Awards.

This week, Corinne Foxx, 21, was named Miss Golden Globe 2016 by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. The annual title is typically given to children of a celebrity. Their job? To help hand out trophies at the Globes.

Corrine -- a model and actress -- is currently a student at the University of Southern California.

"It feels great! I wanted to be Miss Golden Globe for so long and I didn't know how you go about it," Corinne told ET. "And then they told me that they wanted me to do it and I was just over the moon for an hour -- just pacing in my room [with] so much energy I didn't know what to do with it. I'm just happy it's out and everyone knows."

Previous Miss and Mr. Golden Globe honorees have included Dakota Johnson and Rumer Willis.
