Hulk Hogan sees "uptick" in work after winning his Gawker lawsuit

Hulk Hogan is said to be feeling "vindicated" following his courtroom victory against Gawker Media last month. And while he's still apparently on the outs with WWE, sources close to the famous wrestler say he's seeing a lot of work offers coming in.

Hogan "feels vindicated," a source told E! News. "For him, a verdict meant people believed him. Right now he's spending time with his wife and just taking a breath for a minute. The trial was a big circus and he's just taking a breath."

Last month, Hogan was awarded $115 million -- plus an additional $25 million in punitive damages -- in his lawsuit against Gawker Media over its release of a sex tape featuring the wrestling star.

"In terms of work, there's definitely been an uptick," the source said. "People saw the true story and are happy to be in business with him. The companies he's been working with for years have not wavered. LoanMart, for example, has stuck by him. He feels good. He feels like the verdict showed that people believed him. He feels good about his career and things overall."

That uptick in work, though, apparently doesn't include any new deals with WWE, which cut ties with Hogan last year following leaked audio of Hogan going on a racist tirade. Hogan released an apology at the time.
