High-five! Texas woman gives birth to quintuplets

DALLAS - A northeast Texas woman has given birth to quintuplets at a Dallas hospital.

A statement from Baylor University Medical Center on Thursday says Michelle Seals of Maud, Texas, delivered four girls and one boy Tuesday afternoon at the hospital.

Seals and her husband, Steven Seals, have named the girls Mia, Tessa, Gracie and Rayleigh. The boy is named Brant.

According to the hospital statement, Mia weighed 2 pounds 10 ounces, Tessa 2 pounds 14 ounces, Gracie 2 pounds 7 ounces, Rayleigh 2 pounds 8 ounces and Brant 3 pounds 6 ounces.

The statement said: "They are all healthy and doing well." They're being monitored in the hospital's neonatal intensive care unit.

The Sealses also have a 2-year-old son.

Maud is 150 miles northeast of Dallas.
