Fugitive wanted in Waco biker shooting arrested in Louisiana

Dramatic video of deadly Texas biker gang shootout leaked

BOSSIER CITY, La. -- Authorities in Bossier City, Louisiana arrested a man wanted in a deadly shootout involving rival motorcycle gangs earlier this year in Texas that left nine dead and 20 wounded.

Bossier City police spokesman Mark Natale said local, state and federal agents arrested 38-year-old Phillip Ray White, of Eddy, Texas, Wednesday evening, after officers located him at the Diamond Jacks Casino. He was taken into custody without incident, Natale said.

More than 200 bikers from at least five outlaw motorcycle gangs gathered at a restaurant for what was part motorcycle recruiting event, part turf war in May, when a shootout erupted and ended with as many as 170 people charged with engaging in organized crime.

White was wanted on a warrant charging him with engaging in organized criminal activity specific to murder.

White, a member of the Cossack Motorcycle Club, was a member of the Cossack Motorcycle Club. He was indicted by a grand jury and is awaiting extradition back to Texas.
