Former "Bachelor" contestant dies in plane crash: reports
Erin Storm, a contestant on season 12 of "The Bachelor," died in a plane crash in Los Angeles on Monday, according to Us Weekly. Storm competed on the ABC reality dating show in 2008.
According to reports, Storm was piloting a small personal aircraft and crashed soon after taking off from the Hawthorne Municipal Airport.
Several of Storms' friends confirmed the pilot's passing on social media Tuesday. Friend Christiana Marie began a series of posts dedicated to Storm, first writing on her Facebook page early Tuesday.
