Food & Wine magazine names best new restaurants

First on "CBS This Morning," Food & Wine magazine named the ten best new places to eat in the U.S. 

Food & Wine Editor in Chief Nilou Motamed joined "CBS This Morning" to discuss some of the restaurants featured on this year's list.
