Eva Longoria pretty much has it all -- looks, brains and talent -- and the editors over at Maxim apparently agree.

The 38-year-old actress has been named Maxim's woman of the year for 2014. "It's especially awesome after how long it's been since my first cover," she told the magazine.

Previously, Maxim named Longoria the winner of its Hot 100 for two years in a row -- 2005 and 2006.

In May, Longoria graduated with a master's degree in Chicano studies from California State University, Northridge.

"Back in high school I really was the chameleon, too," she said. "I got along with the honors math club, then I would go to cheerleading practice, and then I was a band geek as well."

Maxim profiles Longoria in its January/February issue.
