Entertainment buzz: Facebook's top 10 moments of the week

It was a busy week in the world of entertainment. We had a rapping wizard, an extremely fun new video from OK Go and an exciting announcement from Marvel. And we're just getting started!

Facebook has tallied the top 10 most discussed stories in entertainment this week. What had you talking? What popped up most on news feeds across the U.S.? What did that friend that you blocked post on her wall?

Here's our exclusive list:

1. Actress Marcia Strassman dies

The world lost another great actress this week in Marcia Strassman, who starred in the TV series "Welcome Back, Kotter" and in the film, "Honey, I Shrunk The Kids." She was 66.


2. Daniel Radcliffe raps "Alphabet Aerobics" on "The Tonight Show"

"Harry Potter" star Daniel Radcliffe revealed he's a pretty magical rapper. The actor stopped by "The Tonight Show" Tuesday to talk about his new movie "Horns," and after being asked about his rap skills by Fallon, busted into Blackalicious' "Alphabet Aerobics." We have to say, he has pretty sick flow.


3. Marvel rolls out film slate through 2019

Comic book nerds, brace yourselves. Marvel announced this week that its rolling out much more than just "Avengers 2". Marvel's slate for the next five years includes "Captain America: Civil War" and "Doctor Strange" in 2016; "Guardians of the Galaxy 2," "Thor: Raganarok" and "Black Panther" in 2017; "The Avengers: Infinity War - Part I," "Captain Marvel" and "Inhumans" in 2018 and "The Avengers: Infinity War - Part II" in 2019.

4. Bassist Jack Bruce dies at 71

Legendary musician Jack Bruce, best known as the bassist and lead vocalist in Cream along with Eric Clapton, died after a battle with cancer Saturday. He was 71.


5. Jim Carrey spoofs Matthew McConaughey on "SNL"

Jim Carrey hosted this week's "Saturday Night Live", and in his finest moment, parodied Matthew McConaughey's monologue ad for Lincoln. The comedian peppered in some of McConaughey's "True Detective" lines and nailed his mannerisms. The result is hilarious to say the least.


6. OK Go release "I Won't Let You Down" music video

OK Go, the Michael Jordans of innovative music videos, released yet another this week. "I Won't Let You Down" features a choreographed dance using Honda UNI-CUBs, which are basically advanced Segways. Check it out, it's as much fun as you'd expect!


7. LeVar Burton reads "Go the F*** to Sleep"

Gather around children, it's reading time! LeVar Burton, who hosted "Reading Rainbow" for over 20 years, took an NSFW turn this week when he read "Go the F*** to Sleep," the humorous and profane picture book, for Rooster Teeth's Extra Life charity drive.

All proceeds raised -- almost $450,000, according to NPR -- go to the Children's Miracle Network, which supports children's hospitals. In the past, Samuel L. Jackson and George Lopez have also read the book aloud.


8. Honey Boo Boo's mother faces questions over relationship with a sex offender

The trouble keeps on coming for the Honey Boo Boo family. First, their show was canceled last week, and now, photos surfaced of the family's matriarch "Mama June" Shannon spending time with Mark McDaniel, a man who molested her 20-year-old daughter when she was 8. Mama June is still denying dating the sex offender.


9. Neil Patrick Harris and husband David Burtka to appear in "AHS: Freakshow"

More great news for NPH fans! The actor and his now-husband David Burtka will be making an appearance on this season of "Freakshow"! We can't wait to see them on it!


10. Allman Brothers have last concert at Beacon Theater in NYC

'Twas a sad evening for Allman Brothers fans Tuesday, as the band played its very last show in New York City. The rockers, who brought us such hits as "Ramblin' Man" and "Jessica," is now officially retired.
