"Dry" Pa. town soon to be "wet"?

BELLEVUE, Pa. -- The borough of Bellevue is one of a handful of communities in the Pittsburgh area where alcohol isn't allowed to be sold.

That could change when voters in the Ohio River community go to the polls May 19, according to CBS Pittsburgh.

Supporters and opponents came together for a town hall meeting Thursday night. There are signs in people's yards both for and against allowing alcohol sales.

At Grill 565, they actually give beer away to customers on Friday nights because selling it is currently illegal.

Supporters of alcohol sales say it will help the business district.

But others think booze will be bad news, including -- among other concerns -- worries about parking availability.

In 2011 voters in Bellevue rejected alcohol sales by a margin of 88 votes.
