Derek Jeter is engaged!
ET can confirm that the 41-year-old baseball star popped the question to 25-year-old model Hannah Davis, and the two celebrated the news in Napa, California with family.
On Wednesday, Jeter attended a luncheon where he addressed the reports, saying, "I like to keep things as sacred as possible ... I keep everything close to home."
Jeter and Davis have been together for nearly three years.
