Date set for 2016 Golden Globe Awards

We're not even done with this year's busy awards show season -- but film and TV lovers can start marking their calendars for 2016.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced Tuesday that the 73rd annual Golden Globes will be held on Jan. 10, 2016.

The ceremony will air on NBC from 8-11 p.m. ET live from the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.

It was just a couple of weeks ago when Tina Fey and Amy Poehler co-hosted the 2015 Globes for what they say will be their last time as Globes emcees.

The 2015 Golden Globes saw big wins from "The Grand Budapest Hotel," "Boyhood" and "Birdman" in the film categories. "Fargo" and "The Affair" took home TV honors as did stars from "Downton Abbey" and "Jane the Virgin."
