Cops: Naked man attacked elderly Pa. neighbors
BRADYS BEND TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A Pennsylvania man is facing charges after allegedly staging a "naked attack" on his elderly neighbors.
According to CBS Pittsburgh, when the couple came to the door of their home Armstrong County home Saturday morning, they saw Paul Chilcott, 56, standing unclothed on the porch.
Chilcott was acting strangely and reportedly said he wanted to kill his wife. The husband invited Chilcott into the house in an attempt to calm him down, and called 911.
Chilcott then allegedly attacked the couple but was stopped when the husband struck him in the head with a vase.
The couple was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital for treatment and their condition was not known, reported the station.
The suspect, Chilcott, was taken for a psychiatric evaluation according to CBS Pittsburgh, and faces a preliminary hearing on July 22 on aggravated assault, open lewdness and other charges.
