Cops: High school coach solicited nude photos from teen boy

PITTSBURGH - A Pennsylvania high school baseball coach is facing charges after allegedly masquerading as a female and soliciting nude photos from a 14-year-old student, reports CBS Pittsburgh.

Police say Casey Gilkey, a junior varsity baseball coach at Yough Senior High, allegedly gave a phone number to the student under the guise it was from a waitress named "Alexis" at a Latrobe restaurant where the team had stopped to eat.

The student told police he texted "Alexis" on the ride home and again the next day after his friends suggested he ask her for nude pictures.

Police say when "Alexis" said she would send them if he did first, the teen sent a picture of his penis.

Several days later, police say some of the other baseball teammates at the school about 30 miles southeast of Pittsburgh recounted the story to a different coach, and that coach then told them it was just Gilkey playing a "prank," reports the station.

Police reportedly say Gilkey admitted to posing as "Alexis" and texting the student.

Gilkey faces charges of sexual abuse of children, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors and filming sexual acts.
