Christmas Eve killer sought in Atlanta suburb

ATLANTA - Police in DeKalb County, Ga., have issued an arrest warrant for a man they say shot and killed his ex-wife at her home on Christmas Eve, according to CBS affiliate WGCL.

Jake Jackson is charged with murder in the death of Tiffanie Phillips on Wednesday, Dec., 24, at her home in Decatur.

Jackson, who's 32, is reportedly 6'4" and weighs about 170 pounds. Police believe he is driving a dark blue Mitsubishi Montero.

Police say the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.
