Ten years ago, CBS News cameraman Paul Douglas and soundman James Brolan were killed by a roadside bomb in Baghdad.

On Thursday, CBS News senior foreign correspondent Mark Phillips shared his thoughs at a memorial service in London.

“The shock was so deep and the loss so great that no amount of time could really diminish it,” Phillips said.
