Cara Delevingne defends her awkward interview

Don't mess with Cara Delevingne, she throws some mean shade.

In an earlier interview with Good Morning Sacramento, the model-turned-actress was not really in the mood to chit-chat about her movie, "Paper Towns" and relied heavily on her sarcasm and biting British humor to get through it.

However, the anchors were not impressed with her lack of enthusiasm, and told her that maybe she needed a Red Bull and a nap. They even let her out of the interview early, and then proceeded to discuss her (in their minds) unimpressive attitude afterwards.

Check out the the video below to see their strained exchange. Warning: It's pretty uncomfortable to watch.

The 22-year-old did not go take a nap, however, as the anchors had suggested. Instead she took to Twitter to say that her "mood" was likely misunderstood, writing: "Some people just don't understand sarcasm or the British sense of humour," in what was a clear response to the interview.

Tell us your reactions below. Was Delevingne rude or simply having some snarky fun?
