​Calendar: Week of September 29

Here's a look at the week ahead on our "Sunday Morning" Calendar:


Monday is World Heart Day, dedicated to raising awareness of heart disease and stroke, the world's leading cause of death, claiming around 17 million lives per year.


Tuesday sees the release of Glen Campbell's final song, "I'm Not Gonna Miss You," recorded last year, which deals with his ongoing struggle with Alzheimer's disease.


On Wednesday, Forbes releases its annual list of the 400 Richest Americans. Bill Gates headed last year's list (for the 20th year in a row).


Thursday night sees the 25th annual International Bluegrass Music Awards in Raleigh, N.C.


Friday has been declared World Smile Day, which asks all of us to "Do an act of kindness: Make one person smile."


And on Saturday, a six-acre interactive exhibition called "Out of Many, One" by the Cuban photographer Jorge Rodriguez-Garada opens to the public on the National Mall in Washington, D.C.
