By the numbers: Trump at 6 months in office

President Trump reached six months in office Thursday, and much has happened since he was sworn in Jan. 20.

CBS News White House Correspondent Mark Knoller has been tracking the president's whereabouts and actions since day one. Mr. Trump has some positive developments to tout -- the national debt is down slightly from when he took office, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average is up by nearly 2,000 points. But he has also been criticized for spending costly weekends at his private clubs and doing only selective media interviews, as the questions about any ties between Russia and his campaign mount. 

Here are Mr. Trump's first six months in office, according to Knoller's numbers:

  • Executive orders — 30
  • News conferences — 13 (only 1 solo)
  • States visited — 16
  • State visited most, not counting District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia — Florida, 8 times (7 were trips to Mar-a-Lago)

  • Nations visited — 8
  • Visits to Camp David — 1
  • Visits to golf clubs — 33
  • Meetings with foreign leaders — 54
  • Flights on Air Force One — 60
  • Flights on Marine One — 59
  • Media interviews — 48
